A Generational Shoot at Cathedral Park | Portland Family Photgrapher

This family photo shoot at Cathedral Park was so ideal. The weather was perfect, the light was absolutely stunning, and the entire family was amazing to work with (but especially baby Phe!)

Geoff and Belinda were one of my first photo shoots. I have this really distinct memory of Belinda telling me they were engaged. Their shoot was one of the first times I had really spent time with Geoff and I knew immediately that he was a keeper. He and Belinda are so well paired.

​I took pictures for them again before their wedding. Just the getting ready portion. Kristi and I still had not started a Day in the Light, and the getting ready photos were a huge leap for me. I am still so flattered that Belinda and Geoff trusted me to take those pictures.

Fast forward to last fall when I got to take their maternity photos. Again. Such a fun shoot. These two are adorable. 

And now, one year later, here we are taking pictures of the whole family, including baby Phe!

I have so many favorites from this shoot. Culling down to the final ones was really really difficult. Thats what happens when you do a shoot full of fun people who all enjoy each other and spend the whole time laughing. And baby Phe is adored but the whole family. There were so so so many opportunities to catch gorgeous photos of the connections between this family. Add that to an ideal location and an ideal day and you have yourself a gorgeous family photo shoot.
